## Accessible, composable, market-leading yield **Noon** sees an opportunity to level the financial playing field, making composable dual-purpose asset with market leading yield accessible by all. *What do we mean?* **A titled playing field**: Where only the rich have access to value-multiplying dual-purpose assets. This restricted access has widened the gap between the have's and the have-not's - which we would like to change. **Dual-purpose assets**: Assets that generate yield and are simultaneously able to be further used in the financial ecosystem, for example as collateral to borrow against. This allows holders to multiply their wealth - **Noon** aims to allow everyone access to these assets. ## Intelligent value maximisation **Noon** sees an opportunity to intelligently maximise the value we generate, both in terms of [raw returns](#user-content-fn-2)[^2] and in terms of governance token utility. *What do we mean?* **Maximising raw return**: Individual delta neutral deployment strategies, like the funding rate arbitrage or tokenised treasury bills, all have periods of time where they perform poorly. We intelligently switch between these strategies to ensure the highest through-cycle yield for our users. **Maximising governance token utility**: Governance token utility is another important source of value for our users. By focusing on long-term sustainable tokenomic elements - like industry-leading team vesting schedules, regular token-buy backs, returns flowing to staked governance token holders - we're able to maximise the value of our governance tokens. ## Fair value distribution Noon sees an opportunity to fairly distribute the value generated by our protocol not to a select group of insiders, but to our users. *What do we mean?* **Maximal returns flow to users**: As much as possible, Noon directs raw returns to our users. **No team, no user? No token**: If you have not contributed to Noon - either by building it, or by using it, you should not receive any governance tokens. We do not have VCs, KOLs, or any other investors with token allocations - because we want to save our governance tokens for our users.
