Before <mark style="color:purple;">**Noon**</mark>, the team built and worked across McKinsey & Company, Goldman Sachs, GSR, KPMG, Dexterity Capital, Telos, the European Central Bank, NEAR, Aave, Ankr, Reserve, GT Protocol, Massa, Volo, and JST Capital, with roots at institutions like Carnegie Mellon University. Traditional finance, DeFi, and the messy, interesting middle where <mark style="color:purple;">**Noon**</mark> lives.
