Minting is permissioned (whitelisted wallets only). Everyone else can access Noon Capital assets permissionlessly via the dApp or DEXes (Uniswap & Syncswap).

Permissioned Users (Whitelisted)

• Minting is Permissioned The mint function is restricted. Only wallets that have been whitelisted are able to mint Noon Capital assets.

• Why Whitelisting? For regulatory and compliance reasons (AML + KYC / KYB), only users that meet specific criteria can be approved.

• Capabilities Once Whitelisted

  • Mint new tokens directly against the underlying assets

  • Redeem tokens back for settlement at 1:1

Permissionless Users (Open Market)

• DApp & DEX Swaps Users who are not whitelisted can still gain exposure to Noon Capital assets by:

  • Swapping through the Noon Capital dApp

  • Trading on decentralised exchanges (DEXes) where liquidity is available
